Class Action is Certified Against Seattle Children’s Hospital for Fungus Exposures

The class is joined with the mass tort case brought by the Stritmatter and Layman Law Firm for Aspergillus fungus problems dating back to the 1990s. Judge Jim Rogers of King County Superior Court certified the class action for liability purposes on the question of whether Seattle Children’s breached a duty owed to its child patients.
