    Send us Fan Mail A leather vest. Work boots. The smell of beer. A biker gets nose to nose with me in a packed nightclub and tells me he can break me like a matchstick. I do the only thing I can do: I pray. Then three words come out of my mouth that I did not plan, and the whole moment turns on a dime: “God loves you.” That true story sets the tone for a conversation about how quickly we judge people by what we see and how often we miss what they are carrying underneath.  Then you meet Rick, another biker, and I ask him straight: who is Jesus to you? I sit down with Grayson, who went back to school as an adult, found his faith sharpened through Christian education, and eventually said yes to serving in China. What follows is a vivid look at missionary life where the government is watching, gathering is complicated, and the gospel still moves from person to person with surprising speed. We talk about house church reality in China, government-sanctioned churches, and what happens when certain topics are treated as dangerous. Grayson shares the joy of seeing students come to Christ, including a week when 120 people were coming through their home for Bible study, and the long, patient conversations it can take for faith to take root. Then he tells a moment I won’t forget: a new believer insists baptism should happen in a river, so they ride bicycles for almost two hours to make it happen, read Scripture on the riverbank, and decide “now is the proper time.” The conversation turns honest about the cost too: a student who may have turned them in, police interrupting worship, and IDs being recorded.     Send us Fan Mail He was a husband, a father, and a “normal” Gulf Coast guy until addiction kept taking more than he could pay. Blaine Landrum tells Ron Myers how alcohol turned into cocaine, cocaine turned into opioids, and opioids eventually turned into crystal meth, costing him his marriage, his children, his home, and nearly his life. Then came the moment he can’t forget: hungry, homeless, and eating from a dumpster in the same neighborhood where he grew up, he got on his knees and asked Jesus for help.  What happens next is a raw look at faith-based addiction recovery in real life, not theory. We talk about the spark of hope that came from seeing a friend transformed, the decision to enter the Home of Grace, and the early days of simply getting safe, getting fed, and getting clear.
