    Everyone has experienced loss in one way or another. Where there is loss, grief is present. When you lose something or someone so close to you often times you enter into a state grief and grief happens in stages. In this episode I will explain what loss means to me and what each stage of grief looks like. I will also share a personal tale of how I experienced a devastating loss. Be vulnerable and be open as this conversation will be very raw and honest but also a part of the healing process if you have experienced loss. Join me.

Many of us walk through the world with suppressed emotions and experiences that are literally deteriorating our insides.
