Slicctalk Ep. 4: Podcast Update, Rona & Schools, and more

I hope everyone continues to stay in a great state of mind and is healthy. Sometimes life gets tough so I hope you understand the temporary podcast update. In this short episode I shared my thoughts on schools re opening while in the midsts of a pandemic, while giving the American Gov. a piece of my mind.  Also, I briefly expressed my feelings on the situation involving rapper Megan Thee Stallion and misogyny as a whole. I will talk about the issue more    in a later episode but for now remember to always be mindful of your actions and what you say to others and check yourself when commenting on other people, mind your business and accept and respect everyone as a human being and stop hating. Be nice to one another and protect each other. 3

With our world changing before our eyes, we wanted to share how we have been viewing life and spirituality during these times, while also talking about other topics like new albums and the upcoming NBA Season. This is a different format from the usual podcasts I've uploaded but hopefully you enjoy it.  Make sure to follow Negro N Nem on Spotify - https://open.spotify.com/show/1DkCMpKO2rHBy1jMP0lQQv?si=nnyPtPWmQoeVLqTs1EBXlA I hope everyone is doing well and in good health and spirits, stay blessed.

Slicctalk Ep. 2: Sitting Out This NBA Season?

In todays episode I'll be discussing how I feel about the idea of NBA players sitting out for this upcoming season and why it should happen.  Disregarding COVID and the health issues that are still problems that these players have to worry about, NBA players already do a lot when it comes to fighting racial issues in this country and I don't want to take away any work they've done so far, but I think the idea of sitting out could possibly be a good one.

Slicctalk Ep. 1 : Discussing Racism, BlackLivesMatter Movement, and Police

Hey podcast fam, hope you are all having a great day today. In this episode I'm discussing racism and the racial issues going on in America as well as sharing my opinions on topics like the BlackLivesMatter movement and on the topic of de-funding police and many other topics regarding this issue.  There was a lot to talk about in a short time and this will not be the last time I discuss Human Rights Issues on this channel so stay tuned for more if you enjoyed. I enjoy talking about these topics but there is a lot more that, needs to be, and will be talked about on this podcast.  Below are some links where you can donate to support the movement in ending racial injustice and petitions that need to be signed: https://docs.google.com/document/d/10XjFsOqZCTSqOj3ALp_uPPnjCIZcAzVg0W5UtoYrqiM/mobilebasic https://www.gofundme.com/f/9v4q2-justice-for-breonna-taylor
