Future of Work Pioneers Dr. Harpreet Singh, Experfy (Harvard Innovation Lab Incubated)

Dr. Harpreet Singh interviews Pratap Khedkar, the CEO of the management consulting firm ZS. Prior to this, he led the firm’s global pharmaceuticals practice, as well as a practice focused on the dynamics of healthcare ecosystems. He has also served on ZS’s board since 2012. Pratap holds a Ph.D. in artificial intelligence from UC Berkeley and a B.Tech in computer science from IIT Delhi.

Dr. Harpreet Singh interviews William Kerr, a professor at Harvard Business School and the co-director of Harvard’s Managing the Future of Work initiative. Professor Kerr’s research centers on how companies and economies explore opportunities and works with companies and governments worldwide on the development of new ventures and transformations.

Dr. Harpreet Singh interviews Marcello Damiani, the Chief Digital & Operational Excellence Officer at Moderna. Marcello has 20 years of experience in IT and business processes and leads Moderna’s digital strategies. Prior to joining Moderna, Marcello served leadership roles as Group CIO at bioMérieux and as Sr. Director of Global Networks at Motorola.

Dr. Harpreet Singh interviews Jeff Wald, the Founder of Work Market, an enterprise software platform that enables

companies to manage freelancers (acquired by ADP). Jeff has founded several other

technology companies, including Spinback, a social sharing platform (eventually purchased

by salesforce.com). Jeff began his career in finance, serving as Managing Director at activist

hedge fund Barington Capital Group, a Vice President at venture capital firm GlenRock and

various roles in the M&A Group at JP Morgan.

Prior to joining Prudential, Lucien was the EVP and CHRO of A.P. Moller-Maersk, a shipping and energy conglomerate with about 90,000 employees with operations in 130 countries worldwide. Lucien is also a fellow and director of the National Academy of Human Resources, a founding member of HR50 and chair-elect of the board of advisors of the Center for Executive Succession at the University of South Carolina.
