Lead Generation System: A documented, repeatable process that converts content activity into actual leads in a database — with or without you posting. Includes: traffic source, lead magnet, opt-in page, and a CRM that captures contacts automatically. Ask yourself: If you disappeared for two weeks, would new leads still come in? 2. Nurture & Email Marketing System What happens after someone enters your ecosystem? Your nurture system should be a 90-day (or longer) client journey that moves people from cold lead → warm contact → ready buyer through consistent, intentional communication. 3. Client Enrollment System This is the system that determines whether your revenue is consistent or a roller coaster. Whether it's a webinar, workshop, challenge, or application — the vehicle matters less than having a documented, repeatable process.
