Heya, welcome to our first episode in English on Stress Management. OCD Group is a bilingual podcast, created by a team of 3 best friends talking about everyday life --a snapshot of us wearing different hats day-to-day: stressed consultants, anxious young adults, indepedent females and blessed individuals. In this ever changing world, stress is everywhere. We often thought we've hit our stress limit and things get more stressful the next day. As a result, stress management is the basic human skill.
