    Not many businesses get the chance to be the first of its kind, but as a woman-owned, solar-powered, small-town manufacturing facility, Steffensmeier Welding & Manufacturing (SWM) has been the first of many things.   Jenny Steffensmeier is the woman behind the forward-thinking SWM, which was founded over 35 years ago by her late husband, Ben Steffensmeier.
