    I think this is the number one thing that stops us

    Creating a life you crave is easier said than done sometimes, there can be many obstacles to painting your dream; your courage (or lack of) to take action, the ability to be consistant, letting go of the status quo, stepping into an expanded version of yourself. . . and many more!!     Latest info and things you should know. . .

    I cant wait to hear - what is the hard thing you're going to commit to? This is what I finish the podcast with - but it's the thing I'm most excited about! Crave is a live, online group coaching programme for women who want to lose weight for life. we start 19th February 2024 - there are limited spaces available.     How to use a word of the year

    Hey! I used to think a "word of the year" was BS, like just another thing to write in my diary and it would often fall flat - I can't even remember past words....And then last year I had a break-through with word of the year and I'm all in! In this episode I share how I choose a word of the year, and a few other ways you could play with. I also share how I started to use my word of the year in a way that brought it to life and made it meaningful for me - and not just a BS trendy thing to do. It became a genuine tool that supported me and helped me get through last year in a different way.... Last year my word was TRUST This year my word is Commitment.     Swimming with the sharks - and other virtual realities

    What is your deepest fear? I'll tell you about mine on the podcast. Life goes so fast, and our fears control us sooooo deeply without us even noticing. There are so many things we don't do - because our brain spots potential danger, potential discomfort, potential upset - and says NO. I'll do that on Monday, after Christmas, in the New Year, when I'm ready, once I've ...... Your brain talks you out of taking action because it thinks it's spotted potential danger and is keeping you safe. We all have fears - some of us fear sharks - apparently according to Huberman some of us dont???     Can you think in horse to change your relationship?

    This is an episode where you get a little glimpse into how my mind sometimes works....As a Master Certified Equus Coach and Facilitator, (the only one in NZ) I sometimes take clients out into the paddock or round-pen with horses! (NO riding involved) and from there we learn together about what the client is facing, how they're currently responding and navigating their situation, and the opportunities they have to move through their challenging life situations in different ways. The horses basically do all the teaching! But sometimes when I'm not in a paddock and I'm on the phone to a client, I like to play with "what would this look like if we were with a horse right now?" I give you guys an example of when this happened for a client - so you can get the gist - and a few tips on how you can play with this in your own life, to help you change gears or make some changes to some of your more challenging relationships or circumstances.     A super powerful tool for you life

    Do you review? My coach was asking me this the other day in relation to my business. And then my friend asked me the same thing! I thought I was great at reviewing but then when we got into the nitty gritty of it, and he talked me through his review and reflection process - I realised mine was rather flimsy. I write a journal, I keep notes, I ask myself questions and answer them in my journal - I used to do a lot of processing when I was running, out early in the morning.....but I got inspired. And then I had a client notice how much their week was dramatically changed - just by reflecting on themselves! If you're keen to make some changes to your life, and really up your game....
