    a new view on suffering...

    I always had a "disconnected" or unattached approach to things when it came to suffering and seasons of confusion. I always approached things like a game, but subconsciously was saving myself of uncomfortable feelings by not feeling them. But now I take pride in my suffering because it is through Christ I am strong, not because of myself!!! Now, suffering comes with meaning and purpose especially when I see what part of me was refined after a difficult season. I just keep becoming a better person, and continue to develop its so amazing to watch myself grow in ways I only imagined!! The only way out is through, but it's easier when you know who you're walking with and why it's happening. Peace through the storm!

    Emphasizing the significance of community and having the right people around you, because this simple act can change your mental health and heal you significantly- versus doing it alone. 2 are better than 1 because you get to where you are meant to be easier and faster.

    The art of doing nothing

    We always get stuck in the cycle of "I need to..." and "I should..." - but its not our fault if that is how a capitalist society groomed us to be! You're valid exactly where you are, you are not "lost" or in the wrong place because you're here. You're exactly where you need to be! Now it is up to you to believe that fully and learn about who you are to grow and get to where you want to be. The art of doing nothing is simply following what feels right in the moment... even if it means resting all day or going outside for a couple of hours. It's your LIFE ! YOU'RE the most important person that will stay with you throughout your entire life.

Using numerology in your chart, (Like your place of birth, birthdate, and birth time), you can find out your own human design- AKA how YOU work! Instead of going against the grain of life, go with the flow by learning more about your energy. Make your life easier, calmer, and smoother as you approach any endeavors in your life.
