I’m Amy and I'm here to give you hope, encouragement and to let you know there are answers to your pelvic health struggles! You are not alone! And while there was a lot of practical information both on the natural and traditional approaches, we still felt confused and nervous about making the right decisions...and then felt inadequate about not having the “motherly instincts” to know what to do!    But everywhere we looked, no one was talking about the anxiety, self-doubt, and sometimes even frustration that comes along with having and raising kids. Even the natural motherhood blogs make it seem like motherhood is beautiful all the time and being natural is effortless. We just couldn’t (and still don’t!) totally relate.    Pure Motherhood was founded to provide the support and education we wish we could have had in our pregnancy, birth and postpartum journeys.
