The Power and Purpose of Strategic Alignments

MY STORY I know what it is like to feel as though you are living the same day over and over, day after day.  I know what it is like to be smiling on the outside while you are crying on the inside. The late Dr. Maya Angelou authored a book entitled “I Know Why the Caged Bird Sings,” I too, know why the caged bird inside of me was singing.  She sang because she could not answer the internal cries of her own soul.  She sang because if she did not sing she would die.  Today, I am no longer caged in my emotions, today I sing because I can. I sing because I am no longer afraid to live, I am no longer afraid to be me.  The PIT Stop is a breathing point, a place of refreshing.  I pray that you will take this journey through these episodes to the place of healing within and as you are healed please share with others.  To find out more about me find me at Billie Boyd-Cox on FB, IG and Twitter and on my website at www.thepainnavigator.com,  Blessings,  Billie
