    Movement

    In Guyana, we would say someone is making "movements" when they are making something positive happen for themselves and that is what is visible for Gizelle from the last session. Perfection was not achieved but what the aim was: to equip this person to live in their future better than they did in their past and always continue to do so, was achieved. In this episode, Gizelle talks about herself in a way that she wasn't able to before. With the reflection that has come through her coaching and the blueprint made with the goal manoeuvre, she is on the road to her fulfilment. She perceives things through lenses that were created by her for her, this is to say that Gizelle is responsible for putting herself here. I worked as the motivator to get her to do it and guide her through doing it, but it was her; as it would be any of you. Thank you for being a listener and God Bless.   2. Altering

    Altering

    There was time and space given in between this session and the previous one, to allow Gizelle the opportunity to independently apply her new insights to her life. We did have a phone call in between that was mostly positive. In this episode, we get story-telling from Gizelle as she lets us know how she as a person has handled situations in her past and how and what needs to be altered to ensure that for her future, who she is serving her better. We complete an exercise that involved acknowledging the ways of the past and selecting ways to replace those because changing isn't easy but gradually a person could remove negatives by engaging in the opposites.     Insight

    Gizelle and I had a sensitive and emotional call/session off of the podcast. In this episode, we brush over that call as well as discussing relationships for Gizelle, past ones (involving some interesting stories as told by Gizelle - haha) and exactly what she desires for future relationships. We go into detail of how she will manoeuvre her way through the dating world when she is ready. This episode was mostly about equipping her to understand what this all truly means to her and ensuring that she lives in that truth and forgives herself anytime she doesn't.     In this episode, we dive right into laying the blueprint for Giselle's life through and after life-coaching. There is reflection of the past, acknowledgement the now and candid dialogue of how these intertwine with the future she wants.     In this first episode, the client Giselle introduces herself and I work with her to identify who Giselle really is. Identifying her significant experiences (relationships), perceptions (what is failure and success) and desires (existence in the world). Additionally, with this, we get to recognize what is and isn't truly known of Giselle and we could work on moulding that as we go along through the journey of UPA life coaching.
