The Powerful Ally

Kengen Consulting

Welcome to the Powerful Ally, a podcast that amplifies the work of both famous and everyday allies. An ally is a person of one social identity group who provides actionable support to members of another group. Typically, a member of the dominant group forms an alliance with members of marginalized groups being discriminated against or treated unjustly. The goal is for you become an effective ally, feeling equipped to campaign, advocate and triumphantly challenge systems and structures of oppression, disadvantage, inequity, and exclusion, while overcoming the barriers of silence and inaction.
