    Overcoming a Family Tragedy + How to Conquer Your Own Adversity

    As I have shared in the past couple of episodes, my family and I lost a very special person in my family. That very special person is my Uncle Monty, who is now in a better place. I miss him more than the world, and I know my family does, too. In this episode, I share the main way we all got through this difficult time in our lives, and how we still are today.     What If I Woke Up at 5:00 to Workout Before School for a Week?

    Previously, I did an episode where I woke up at 6 AM before virtual school for a week to see how my mentality changed, but now that I'm in school, I decided to give 5 AM a shot.
