I’ve listened to hundreds of podcasts on Marvel projects. Marvel Plus is probably my favorite. Great synopsis on all the recent marvel movies and shows. Original takes and good insight to the product.

Hey what’s up Just wanted to address the guy who keeps talking about Chicago history and what “Black people were allowed to do back then”. First off the City was founded by a Haitian and his name was Jean Baptistery DuSable, a Black man who didn’t wait to be allowed. I understand they white washed a lot of history in schools but don’t bring that to Marvel Plus, especially with children listening.

Brett is a fantastic host. I love getting to hear new opinions and perspectives every episode. He’s fantastic!

Brett’s willingness to bring on new, interesting guests from all different walks of life each episode keeps the perspective fresh and unique from other review podcasts. “To be a guest on this podcast, you don’t have to be a podcaster. You don’t have to be a YouTuber. A commentator of any sort. You can just be a fan. Be an MCU fan. Or hey, if you’re an MCU hater, [Brett] might even have you on if you’re willing to watch the shows and talk about it.”

Marvel+ is a difficult podcast to review. To say that it does a great job summarizing and reviewing the Disney+ MCU content is true, but not exactly accurate. The show is so much more than what’s in its title. The host, Brett Scott, invites different (and sometimes recurring) guests on for every episode and talks, in great detail, about that weeks current MCU episode. That is maybe half the episode. The other, more entertaining and often times engaging part is the conversation between the host and cohost. They usually will travel down memory lane and sometimes talk about current movies and speculate on future Marvel storylines and characters. I especially like how there’s not a time limit imposed on the guests and the conversations are natural and free flowing. Marvel+ is what every fan of the MCU should be listening to.

Marvel+ is a recap, breakdown, review and discussion show where the host Brett Scott, and a guest host of the week provide running commentary for the week’s Disney+ MCU connected tv series. Brett has very strong hosting abilities and they are on full display during each episode. Keeping the show on topic and on track, he poses insightful questions to his co hosts, or engages in lively discussions. Brett also finds great guest hosts to bring on to the show from podcast veterans, to creatives, to super fans. This formula makes for a very thorough and engaging look back at the latest Disney+ episodes!!
