    Christian Schlicht is an expert in CREM & FM with international management & practical experience. As an all-rounder he knows how to juggle several visionary innovation programs. He built the first blockchain in the German real estate industry & now uses robotics in real estate operations.

    In his doctoral thesis he developed the first model to measure the added value of (Corporate) Real Estate Management (C/REM) / Facility Management (FM) on the success of a company.

    Anna Malecki has been working with ECE since 2019. She is one of the first employees of the company’s digital unit which is responsible for driving innovation and digitalization especially with regard to ECE’s core business.

    Before joining ECE Anna also used to work with media and industrial companies such as ProSiebenSat.1 and SIEMENS.

    Anna holds a Master of Science from Technical University Munich (TUM), where she studied “Management & Technology” with majors in informatics and innovation management.

    Kevin Hawryluk is a talented consultant at Cluster Reply and is dealing mostly with Machine Learning, Computer Vision & Robotics projects.
