This will send you out in the world a bit lighter, empowered to see your opportunity in your everyday. Madison explores techniques and challenges related to performance; however, the production quality and tone of encouragement throughout each episode add tremendous strength to this particular podcast. Lacking any of the traditional talents, I mostly translate this to improving the quality of my presentation in conversation and sales. This podcast is crucial to my toolkit, especially since it’s delivered outside my traditional sphere (real estate). I like that the anecdotes are unfamiliar to me, yet still deliver lessons that I apply to my life. I love the sound quality and Madison’s “performance “ since it makes it feel as though I’ve simply been sipping coffee and conversing with a (very talented) friend.
