This is the Podcast now presented under the heading of The American Reformation Forum -- The TARF.  It was created and populated for my 2023 Democratic Primary campaign for the Maryland US Senate seat.  The seat of retiring US Senator Ben Carden.  This Podcast has been around for several years. It presents podcasts on the detailed 40+ problem-solving Platform proposals. My legislative proposals are designed to be acceptable to 65% or more of American citizens.  That is not a joke!  Information and Independent political perspective on the 2020 campaign issues that are of interest and concern to my fellow American citizens. I am doing this in order to provide average Americans a better life and an environment we are all able to live in now and in the distant future. The most recent Podcasts confront urgent public problems such as, Violent Pre-K and elementary students, removing cell phones from Public schools, closing down all Immigration for the foreseeable future, and bringing back the terribly underutilized Death Penalty punishment for murderers, at least!!!  We can fix our Common Problems for the Common Good of our American men, women, and children.  Because "We are the People!!!"

    A J Wildman in the name of my fellow American citizens Demands that President Biden and the Democrats,  Republicans, and Independents in the US House and Senate act to shutdown US immigration as of May 21, 2024.  Yes, this month. Today is May 9, 2024 at 5:18pm.   That is the People's Will and legislative Demand.  When that deadline is passed, most likely with little or no action by the White or Congress, then We the People will take Appropriate actions to close the US/Mexico border.  All 1,962-miles of it in June...     CS2News 004 Wildman Demands 90-Day Death Penalty SHOG Rule

    What Democrats, Republicans, Independents, MAGA-folks, and others Demand from our legislatively dysfunctional US Congress.  Starting in April/May Congress will fix certain problems before the historic November Presidential and Congressional Election.    I and we know that most Democrats are really quiet political Moderates.  They are not the well-intentioned but failed, Liberals renamed Progressives that have been driving the Party for too long.  It is time for Moderate Democrats to drive the Party's legislative bus!   The first four are urgent if not emergency legislative proposals that introduce my problem solution platform to my fellow frustrated fellow American citizens.   The first of two solutions were on ending violence in Elementary schools. Wildman Original Posted on February 27, 2024 This shorter version Posted on March 1, 2024 See on CS2News Podcast Normalizing and Expediting the Death Penalty Sentencing and Executions of those Obviously Guilty of the Acts of Murder and Personal Assault  The American Public is way past fed-up with the dysfunctional Judicial Legal Complex (JLC).  Herein, we will only look into one of their public failures. Legal industry’s Court system that causes unnecessary civil pain, and promotes social and economic unrest for fun and profit.  At the same time, it has not controlled or even significantly reduced either murder and assault rates in our neighborhoods. They are all but functionally useless in preventing crime. Thus, the criminals are winning.   Historically, criminals will alter or even stop their illegal activities only when the cost of committing a given crime is higher than the risks, they are willing to take.    Our civil society now Demands real rules and true near-term punishment to back them up in certain cases.   ·         We the People, have had enough of the Judicial Legal Complex (JLC) dragging out trials and delaying final verdicts.    ·         Once convicted in a standard court trail and found guilty on absolutely Obvious evidence, the criminal will receive the DP sentence.  The jury only confirms guilt in SHOG Rule cases.     ·         That criminal’s execution will be carried out within 90-days after sentencing.  ·         Federal law will override any and all State laws now prohibiting the use of the DP.   ·         The Federal government will be responsible for promptly carrying out the sentence.   That’s it folks!  The Keep It Simple Stupid or KISS Method of problem-solving.  Note:  Let me bluntly point out that the majority of the Democratic Party are Moderates. We will stop being intimidated and silenced by the loud, screaming, extreme Progressives.  Amen.    Human Numbers On average 44 Americans are killed every day.  That is 16,060 per year.  Police say that in well over 50% of cases they know who the murderer is.  So, for the sake of this exercise, let's say 8,000 people would then earn the Death Penalty.   In today's reality however, in 2022, 18 murderers were executed.   In 2023, 24 murderers were executed.  In 2023, only 21 murderers were even sentenced.      Thus, the Judicial Legal Complex is certainly making those that run jails and prisons for profit, a steady fortune from the taxpayers!! I hope you find this to be prudent and practical Judicial Reform.  Tell everyone about it, Please help make this happens!!     No Phones In or Between Classes for American Public Schools

    We finally actually begin solving our problems.   What a concept!! Introducing My Problem-Solving Senate Campaign With regard to my Maryland 2024 US Senate campaign, the expected public response to this proposal will demonstrate that an unknown candidate running for office can accomplish something for the voters even before being elected! This is only the first such problem solution I will be presenting for the voters to consider.     It also demonstrates that I am offering solutions that serve our citizens in ALL 50 STATES!     Purpose: To significantly and immediately reduce the known negatives effects of personal cell phone usage in the classrooms of the American public school system.   This program is also highly recommended for all church and private schools to seriously consider implementing.  Community colleges and 4-year colleges and universities could consider this approach.  It might actually help reduce their first-year drop-out rates!  The bottom line is that cell phones do not belong in public school classrooms.  They have and are causing far more damage to student development and the basic learning process than we can allow to continue.   Support the show WildmanforUSSenate.com/hot-topics
