    What If Jesus Came Back Today? Would You Be Ready?

    What if Jesus came back today? Would you be ready? The Bible doesn’t tell us exactly when Jesus will return—but it tells us to live as people who are ready whenever He comes. In this message, we look at what Scripture says about death, resurrection, the return of Jesus, and what it actually means to live prepared. Our bodies are temporary, death is not the end for those who belong to Christ, and one day Jesus will return and make all things new. But here’s the bigger question: If we really believe Jesus is coming back, how should that change the way we live today? Jesus’ parable of the ten virgins reminds us that you don’t get ready when the moment arrives. You get ready before the moment arrives. You can borrow someone’s Bible, but you can’t borrow someone else’s relationship with Jesus. Communion gives us the same perspective. We look BACK at the cross and what Jesus has already done for us. We look IN at our own hearts, asking what needs confession, repentance, forgiveness, or surrender. And we look FORWARD to the day Christ returns. And if we’re really ready for Jesus, our readiness shouldn’t make us passive—it should make us urgent. Because there are people around us who still need to discover the hope we have found in Christ. Andrew met Jesus and immediately went looking for his brother Simon. Friends brought a paralyzed man to Jesus when he couldn’t get there on his own. When Jesus changes your life, seeing other people meet Jesus becomes part of your passion, purpose, and priority. So don’t just GET ready.     What If You’re Not Ready for Jesus to Come Back?

    What if we’re so focused on what’s happening around us that we’ve forgotten what’s coming ahead of us? Jesus warned His followers that His return would happen when people least expected it. In Matthew 24, He compares the days before His return to the days of Noah—people were eating, drinking, working, building, getting married, and simply living life… until suddenly everything changed. The problem isn’t that we have everyday lives. The problem is when everyday life becomes all we live for.When eternity is ignored, sin can become normalized. But God’s warnings aren’t meant to push us away—they’re meant to rescue us. God doesn’t warn us because He wants to destroy us. He warns us because He wants us to turn from our sin, live for Him, and be reconciled to Him. Through the stories of Noah and Lot, Jesus’ teaching in Matthew 24, and the hope of the gospel, we’re reminded of two important responses: 1. Take action.Bring eternal purpose into everyday life. Readiness isn’t something you prepare for someday—it’s something you practice today. 2. Invite ONE.If we believe Jesus is coming back, we shouldn’t just look up—we should start reaching out. We are Christ’s ambassadors, carrying His message of hope and reconciliation to the people around us. Jesus came once to rescue us, and Scripture tells us He will come again.     Stop Trying to Predict Jesus’ Return. Do This Instead.

    Jesus is coming back—but Jesus never told us to predict the day. He told us to be ready.It’s easy to become obsessed with the signs of the times, world events, headlines, and trying to figure out when Jesus will return. But what if we’re watching the wrong thing?In this message, we look at what Scripture actually says about the return of Jesus and what it means to live faithfully while we wait.Paul reminds us that there will be a day when “we will always be with the Lord” (1 Thessalonians 4:16–17). Jesus will return. The dead in Christ will rise. Those who belong to Him will be changed.     The Return of Jesus: Are You Actually Ready?

    What if Jesus came back tomorrow?Not someday. Not eventually.     When God Feels Late: What to Do When Your Prayer Isn’t Answered

    What do you do when you’ve prayed, waited, believed… and God still hasn’t answered? Maybe you’re wondering why God feels silent. Maybe you’re carrying pain you thought would be gone by now. Maybe you’ve started questioning whether God sees you—or whether He cares at all. In John 11, Mary and Martha send word to Jesus that their brother Lazarus is sick. Jesus loves them. He knows what they’re going through. And then… He waits. That’s the tension many of us know too well. But God’s delay is not proof of God’s absence. In this message, we look at one of the most powerful stories in the Bible and discover what Jesus does when we are hurting, grieving, waiting, and wondering why God hasn’t shown up the way we expected. Jesus doesn’t ask us to pretend we’re okay. Faith isn’t pretending you don’t hurt. Faith is bringing your hurt to Jesus. Before Jesus did something about their pain, He stepped into their pain. And sometimes, while we’re asking God to move, He’s asking us to move something too. We ask God to heal what our habits keep hurting. We ask God to change our lives while ignoring the small decisions He’s already placed in our hands. God provides the power—but He often requires our participation. If you’re dealing with anxiety, grief, emotional pain, unanswered prayers, spiritual frustration, or a season where God feels distant, this message is for you. Your pain may explain part of your story, but it doesn’t have to become the title of your story. Your wound doesn’t have to become your identity.     Is Your Faith BIG Enough? How To Believe God For The Impossible.

    What if the thing you keep calling “impossible” is actually the place where Jesus wants to show you just how powerful He is?Maybe you don’t have enough. Maybe you’ve been waiting for an answer for years. Maybe the problem is happening somewhere you can’t control. Maybe you’ve started wondering if God is too late.The Gospel of John gives us a different perspective.Jesus turned water into wine when there wasn’t enough. He healed someone without even being physically present. He restored a man who had been suffering for 38 years. And when Lazarus died, Jesus showed that even death wasn’t beyond His authority.The point isn’t simply that Jesus can perform miracles.The miracle may get your attention, but Jesus wants your allegiance.John tells us that the stories he recorded were written so that we would believe that Jesus is the Christ, the Son of God—and that by believing, we would have life in His name.So what does faith look like when life feels impossible?It means believing BIG by identifying the impossible thing you’re facing.     Jesus Promised an Abundant Life—So Why Is Life Still Hard?

    Maybe the problem isn’t that you need more from life. Maybe you’ve been listening to too many voices. Every day, the world is telling us what we should want, who we should become, what will make us happy, and where we should find our identity. But Jesus offers something radically different: an abundant life—not by giving us everything we want, but by becoming the Shepherd we can trust. In John 10, Jesus says, “I came that they may have life and have it abundantly.” But abundant life doesn’t mean an easy life. Jesus promises protection in the middle of trouble, provision when we don’t have all the answers, peace when life feels overwhelming, and freedom from the things that keep us trapped. The question is: Whose voice are you following? Knowing about Jesus isn’t the same as belonging to Jesus. And you don’t have to know exactly where the Shepherd is leading—you just have to know the Shepherd.
