    Dwayne Johnson versus our metabolism

I've never seen an obese video program that showed the end result they usually just show you a before and after pic. Most of the vids show firm looking athletes and how they make money I'm bewildered. Fat is an absorption of what we eat and Dwayne eats to build muscles while we eat and gain fat! Our problem is eating too much of the wrong foods and not using those food to their best benefits.

    Rise from the ash!

Good and bad comes from the hand of God. From the ash you shall rise as a Phoenix. An area that once had been burnt out from it good can come even though good things are burned by the fire. The prospect is bad things will first have their way but the end product is for the greater good!
