BARBELL & PLATES ™ EP.6 Con Matteo Picchi "Orguamentale"

Uno degli episodi che avevo in mente sin da quando ho ideato il format di BARBELL & PLATES ™, con Matteo (che seguo sui social dagli albori del mio percorso culturistico) abbiamo fatto una vera e propria chiacchierata, parlando di varie cose senza spaziare troppo nello specifico con i soliti "bulk", "cut", "prep" e tutte quelle parole di origine anglossassone che purtroppo vi piacciono tanto. BARBELL & PLATES ™ EP.3 Con WNBF PRO Nicolò Ferraresi & PNBA PRO Denny Valentini

Il terzo episodio di BARBELL & PLATES ™ vede di nuovo presente Nicolò (presente nel primissimo episodio andato perso) e vede la presenza di un altro atleta PRO: Denny Valentini. L'idea che ho avuto per questa live era di costruire una conversazione intorno a quei piccoli dettagli importantissimi che sono di contorno a una preparazione, quali tan, quote da pagare, allenarsi con costanza nel posing, inviare le musiche della routine individuale alle federazioni ecc... Purtroppo il mondo delle gare non è per niente facile da gestire sopratutto alle prime gare e questa mia live voleva essere d'aiuto a chi ingenuamente sottovalutava certi dettagli che come dicevo poco fa sono si piccoli ma importantissimi e da non sottovalutare perché possono f*****ti la gara! The (now) second episode of BARBELL & PLATES ™ with the Natural Bodybuilding Icon Philip Ricardo Jr. I was honored to host an episode of my show with such a legend (5xMr.Natural Olympia PNBA) in the Bodybuilding industry, Philip has the nickname "LEGEND" because he has been competing for three decades winning most of the shows he competed in. A really humble man that gives a good example to anyone who starts competing, with his great work ethic and his consistency and dedication toward Bodybuilding. In our chat, we talked about lots of topics including the Harley Davidson he won in the Natural Olympia (2021) and I asked him some questions I had prepared spacing from meal timing to intensity techniques. The second episode of BARBELL & PLATES ™ (the first one got deleted) with my good friend Martin, by the time we recorded the live Martin was competing as a Classic Physique competitor in different federations, shortly after he got his PRO status winning multiple shows. In our chat, we talked about many things related to our training and routine and we also talked about spirituality and how Christianity helped him in both his personal life and in Bodybuilding!
