    From Scarcity to Abundance: Regenerating Land, Money & the Way We Live (with Eddy Garcia)

    This one's a little different. This episode is an interview that Eddy and I did with Erin West of Humans Who Trade — and it turned into one of my favorite conversations we've ever had on record. Eddy grew up on Molokai, has been farming since he was a kid, and has spent decades regenerating depleted, chemically-destroyed soil back into thriving ecosystems — in some cases in a fraction of the time nature would do it alone.
