    The Dance to Oneness Podcast: Episode 49 How do you know when it's time to move on? When a relationship, job or situation is no longer working, how do you know when it's time to move on. How do you know if you should stay and work on it or leave? What do you do to take care of you if you do choose to leave? Welcome to a vulnerable conversation on letting go and moving on even if it hurts with Amy Shine. Steps in Moving on: 1. Universe, Show Me? Ask the universe to show you, what will create greater? Giving the Universe permission to intervene. 2. Will you care about you? If I was truly caring for me here, what would I choose? Would I be here? If I truly cared for me, would I choose this? 3. You KNOW when it’s time to move on. There is a clear knowing in your world when it’s time to change or move on. It’s clear and it doesn’t come from a resistance and reaction. 4. Everything starts flowing in that direction. When it’s time for this change, even though it’s not easy, everything starts to flow with an ease and the universe is conspiring with you. 5. Change brings Grief: Even if the choice you are making is creating greater, there may be un-resolved things you may have to process. Use this experience to heal what is still unhealed from your past. Ride the wave of emotions and know it’s not going to be like this forever. 6. Support Network: Have a few people that you can talk to, that don’t judge you and also don’t judge the person you have been in relationship. 7. Self Care: Whatever you need to do to take care of you: Baths, energy work, body work, being in nature. 8. Take Action: Keep moving forward and when you can, take action. Be also aware of when you are trying to do too much and be kind to you. If something is difficult, give it some space and come back to it at another time. 9. SAY NO: You are a priority and you may have to still show up for clients, people in your business, kids etc. Show up for what you have to show up for. Beyond that, say NO. Anyone who is looking for something from you that really isn’t about you or what you are responsible for, say NO. You have to make you a priority as you shift through this. 10. ALLOWANCE: No matter what someone says about you, tells lies, gets angry at you, blames or shames you. Don’t make it real, don’t fight back. Be in allowance of whatever way they are reacting and know it’s not personal. 11. LAUGH: Find humor in what you can.
