The I’m Just Sayin podcast is one of those experiences that can be equated to the feeling you get sitting in the space in your place that makes you feel the best. Listening to Charlie expertly navigate all of the diverse topics and niches that fall under the umbrellas of relationships, life, sex, and the spiritual/metaphysical is enjoyable, digestible, and soothing. He’s like that good friend you have or wish you had that makes you laugh, makes you think, and gives advice that is sound, well researched, and worthy to be called gems. This podcast has helped guide through many a rough patch when I felt as though I needed understanding and some direction to make choices that uplifted me. I can’t imagine it not topping the charts as soon as the word is out. You might be tempted to even gate keep it a little, like I was. Mind you, it’s still evolving, but the impact it has is quantifiable and meaningful. This is a black man sharing personal transparency, vulnerability and lessons learned through the scope of a scholar and philosopher in the field, not cooped up behind four walls observing life from within.
