    Let's Talk: GMG K. Jeanette

    •K. Jeanette grew up in Darlington, SC in the United Methodist Church as a little girl.  She sang in the children’s choir at the ageof 5, and was an usher, she joined the youth choir as a teenager, then later became the director. She is the CEO of the Edith Mae King Foundation that assist victims of domestic violence, breast cancer and elderly care. Sheorganizes an annual Sneaker Ball for the youth in the community in efforts to fundraise for a student at the local high school.•Her Testimony: “SHINE” is a song dedicated to her mom. K Jeanette’s mom used to sing an old spiritual gospel song called, "Shine on me".  When her mother got sick, K. Jeanette pleaded with God to do just what she sang about. K. Jeanette  believes her mother SHINES from heaven now.     •Willie Hill hails from Durham, NC and has a great history of playing with bands, Shirley Ceasar, Willie Hinton and many, many more and he has some powerful songs to come. Willie attended North Carolina Central University (located inDurham), where he played trumpet in the University's marching band. He began playing guitar as a teenager and soon gravitated to bass guitar, a move which landed him his first band gig, at age 15.He started his own recording studioand record label Joy Records, in 1984.     •Franklin Croutch is carrying forward a profound musical legacy—one rooted in generations of anointing andspiritual depth.     Let's Talk: GMG Cody Malek Mazie

    •Cody Malek Mazie is a Chicago-based educator, choir director, and visionary with a lifelong immersion in music. His journey began at age five at Rock of Ages Baptist Church, where he directed his first song, "Shabach," alongside his children’s choir director, Sis. Olivia Young.•A founding member of Deitrick Haddon’s LXW Chicago, Cody has served in leadership roles within Rock of Ages Baptist Church, Greater Harvest Missionary Baptist Church, and as director of the Rise Up Youth Organization Chorale. His musicality was further refined through extensive coursework in music theory and his tenure with the Grammy-nominated Winston-Salem State University Choir (the "Singing Rams") under the direction of Maestra D'Walla Simmons-Burke.     Let's Talk: GMG Courtney Thorpe

    •Courtney Thorpe is a Gospel Recording Artist and Vocal Music Educator, with a BA in Music Business from Berklee College of Music.•She has been a professional vocalist since 2012 and has had many great opportunities singing behind a variety of artists. Y’anna Crawley, Sting, Paul Simon, Micah Stampley, and the late Isaiah D. Thomas, just to name a few.  She was afforded the opportunity to go on anEuropean Tour in 2019 with the Harlem Gospel Choir and from there performedwith them on CNN three times as one of the lead/background singers. Courtney’s voice can be heard on eight recorded songs as the featured lead vocalist and on over 10 songs as a background vocalist. She is a part of the group Millennials4 Christ and with their blessing she has recently stepped out on Faith to release her first single set to be released in 2026.•For over 15 years she has been a worship leader, choir director and now serves as the associate Pastor of worship and arts at her church. Her love for teaching music grew over the years and in 2019 she officially began teaching private voice lessons. She then went on to join the Expressions Music Academy as a part time voice teacher. This prepared her to take on an amazing opportunity to become a full time Elementary School Vocal Music teacher in 2023.•Along with singing and teaching, she has been helping churches around the DC/MD/VA area enhance their choir and/or worship team’s Vocal Skills, and platform Presence.
