Episode 30 with Andrew Coates: Compounding Relationships with Clients and Coaches

In my 30th interview I chat with Andrew Coates, a fitness professional who has built an incredible reputation in the industry by consistently showing up and supporting others. We covered: The importance of attending fitness conferences (beyond CEU’s) The value in consuming content from industry leaders Why Longevity is needed to create impact (He has a top rated podcast!) Value in sharing other people's work How he built lasting relationships with people in the fitness industry One of the key takeaways is the idea of compound effects of relationships: → By continually showing up and supporting others, you can build strong relationships that can benefit you in the long run → We also touched on a big theme: it’s not about what you can get from others, but what you can give to them. Lastly  - Andrew's event!  The event will be in Edmonton, Canada and it features a killer lineup of speakers.  Here’s the link: https://www.evolvestrength.ca/business-and-coaching-conference/ I hope this is helpful!
