Ep. 9 - Rank That Record: NCT - NCT 2020 Resonance Pt. 1

Sophia, Alfonso, and Yuyang are back with another album ranking! Recently, NCT 2020 (That's right, all TWENTY-THREE members of NCT) had a comeback with their album, Resonance Pt. 1. Known for their unlimited members concept, NCT has been making waves with their futuristic, electronic, and upbeat title tracks. Tune in to find out which tracks were our favorite and which ones we, unfortunately, didn't vibe with in another edition of Rank That Record! Listen to the album here: spoti.fi/3onaLgq Disclaimer (10/22/2020): In light of recent news, the three of us wanted to note that we are aware of the ongoing criticism that NCT members are currently receiving regrading colorist remarks and cultural appropriation towards South Asians and their culture. We recorded this episode before these videos came up, and thus were not able to discuss such issues throughout the episode. We will continue to support and listen to those who are offended by the actions of NCT's members, as we ourselves are not part of the affected communities.  We highly implore SM Entertainment, other Korean entertainment companies, and idols themselves to better educate themselves on respecting other cultures and people.
