Examining the things our cultures, societies, and communities have deemed taboo. I like to curse, talk about "taboo" things, and not be stifled by sticking to "appropriate" conversation. I express and encourage examining of self because I seek understanding of deeper levels to this human existence. Thank you for joining me on this journey. -Tot

The Caucasity - Idaho no ma'am

I was traveling through Idaho/ Oregon for this and a few upcoming episodes and thought the scenery was dope so I stopped to record some episodes. Yay. This episode is about receiving an email where I was asked to not encourage people to adventure through/ to Idaho. Ma'am?!? Bish!! Do you ask white influencers to not post their phenomenal adventures through Idaho?  How wild.  You can find the this in visual form here at the tube of You Follow me on le gram @TaterTotBot and @TheUnpopularBlack

This feels delicate to say out loud?

I was having a rough few weeks and I just couldn't find my footing. I fully believe vulnerability is a strength but when I am struggling I try to shield myself without even knowing and this was really just me talking about going into nature to connect to something... anything. It feels delicate to say it out loud. I feel exposed but I hope that you find insight when you are having a rough go.  I seriously cannot express enough how much simply going for a scenic drive can help to settle your mind. They truly are my comfort blanket when anxious or needing to find grounding.  Don't forget you can catch the video of this episode on my Youtube channel. Please subscribe to both here and there. I will love you for-evv-err.  Love lots, Tot

    Gonna pivot into full transparency

After being triggered recently and luckily being able to address and deep dive into healing, I realize this podcast is for me to be fully transparent as I have adventured through this life. Adventuring will continue to include outdoor activities but now it will be the full depth of adventuring into the exploration of life. I will more openly speak on my mental health, my relationship and love for magic mushrooms, being Black in America, my own privileges, and so much more.  I read a quote a year or so ago that essentially embodies what I feel my purpose in this podcast is that goes: "You never know when your truth will liberate another." I am here to share my truths in hopes it helps you explore deeper into your life.  This will also make it more realistic for me to upload regularly which really excites me.

    Oh Hello and Welcome!

This is simply an intro episode. What my goal is with the podcast, trying to get comfy so I can lose the "umms", and at the very end I essentially almost forgot to tell you about myself.  I plan to release weekly episodes that are under 30 minutes. Let me know what you think. Don't forget to follow me, @TaterTotBot on Le Gram. -Tot
