    SUFFERING FROM ANXIETIES AND DEPPRESSION

    I have a trouble sleeping and I decided to start my first podcast and just express how I feel. I find it therapeutic since I am used to be alone. I hope that there will be somebody out there to listen to my story/s. It would mean a lot to me.
