You don't HAVE to be a full-time healer (unpopular opinion incoming...) You actually don't have to make everything that you do a business or somehow financially viable, and that's NOT you somehow "choosing a less abundant life".   The work that you do as a yoga teacher, wellness practitioner, doula, sound healer, or facilitator or some type, can really truly be fulfilling in a format that doesn't require you to be "all in". As if that's a measurement of whether you care about something or not.   In fact, it's quite nice to go teach a class a few times a week or monthly while you have nervous system security in a different way. You're not required to be an entrepreneur (which is a whole other nervous system ballgame).   It's not wrong to have a format that really works for YOU and supports YOU in what YOU want to experience in YOUR life.   This all or nothing attitude is usually your nervous system letting you know that you're still in survival mode. That if you're not ALL in, then what's at stake is people not taking you seriously, questioning the quality of your work, or even your commitment. All of that hurts. You're human.   But you always need to look at the core of WHY you're in the healing arts in the first place, and your work is not any less meaningful or important if business is not the route you go.   If you don't acknowledge this early on, you'll compare with other people's format, develop resentment, bitterness, and actually lose the core of your work. Ew. Don't do that.   Anyway, you can girlboss or not, but what we do inside Flow Breathwork Facilitator training is support practitioners develop genuine integrity to how you want to carry out your practice in the healing arts.   Are you coming? We start December.  https://www.flowbreathworktraining.com/
