Rose Tinted Reels

Just discovered this podcast and listened to an episode of one of my all time favorite movies first. I enjoyed ‘watching’ the movie with the hosts and hearing their commentary and puns, while knowing the scenes and context of the jokes. I felt like I was part of the conversation, and bonus points for learning facts behind the film. Will continue listening!

Rose Tinted Reels is a fun confection of a podcast. Enjoy listening to the lovable hosts Allyson and Zach as they dissect everyone’s favorite movies. Since they read all of their five star reviews on the air, I will need Allyson to admit that Die Hard is absolutely a Christmas movie and the best one ever. Next, Zach has said that Led Zeppelin is overrated, but since they are as a matter of fact not, he must unabashedly declare that Led Zeppelin is the greatest rock ‘n’ roll band of literally all time. For real though folks, listen and enjoy the show. If you like movies, you can’t miss it! To close out this five star review, now they must both sing the lyrics of the final chorus of Stairway to Heaven in their very best Robert Plant impression. And as we wind on down the road Our shadows taller than our soul There walks a lady we all know Who shines white light and wants to show How everything still turns to gold And if you listen very hard The tune will come to you at last When all is one and one is all, that's what it is To be a rock and not to roll And she's buying a stairway to heaven

The conversation between hosts Zachary and Allison is very entertaining and flows well, all while maintaining being relatively on-topic!
