The Evolved Experience  The evolved experience is different from every podcast out there. To understand the podcast, you need to understand my life purpose. I want to learn the things that I feel are important for us human beings to live the healthiest, happiest and most meaningful and integrated life possible,  being the masters of our destiny. I want to create a movement of consciousness on the planet earth revolutionizing the collective ego that is the humankind into a more spiritual and evolved organization. My business, Evolve, will be the car that I will drive into achieving this vision, creating videos, books, courses and other means to pass the deep wisdom that I will be learning into my own personal journey.  I feel that everyone has things to learn and teach to everybody. Considering that, I decided to create The Evolved Experience podcast, having the name has a direct reference and tribute to, what I personally believe, the best podcast in the world, the Joe Rogan experience. The name not only references my business and his podcast, but also tells a lot on what is about, being a peak experience of flow, self reflection, and a lot of fun, allowing everyone involved to go into their higher self for that moment in time, maybe even having breakthroughs and life changing moments.  The structure is a mix of interviews, discussions, therapy and life coach sessions with a bar talk style. The chatting structure allows a fluid and light conversation, going to different territories as the conversations goes on. I will let the podcast occur very naturally, going into the territories it would naturally go, but at the same time having a vision and themes in mind to every different guest, dependently on what I believe that person have the most to give dependently on his or her personality, personal interests and knowledge. The Evolved Experience is a project that have the clear intent to be on the yellow stage of the spiral dynamic model, a model of bio-psychosocial development in the 1950s, differentiating people by their ways of thinking, values and approaches toward life. The yellow stage is a system thinker psychological phenomenon, being aware of the fact that the world is a complex, self-organizing, natural system that requires non black and white solutions. In the podcast I will try my best to incorporate this values with a non moralistic, dogmatic, self bias or ideological view, seeing situations in the other person shoe, allowing the watcher or liserner to start to see things that way, taking with them the knowledge acquired here to the rest of their life, and that's one of the goals of this project. The intent here is not only to have a fun time during the experience, but have significant healthy side effect to me, the guest and the audience, for example:  1) learning new things with a non judgmental way looking for the knowledge for the knowledge itself, not on the why I need to learn that philosophy   2) getting out with a deep understanding of the guest life, why they do what they do, their values, passions, life story and vision for what they want to become, achieve and contribute during their short existence by constantly putting them out of their comfort zone by asking questions that will obligate them to see their own b******t. 3) create a self aware audience that know what they want and have a clear strategy on their mind on how to get it  4) teach by example healthy approaches on problems, situations and world views, having a significant change on me, the guest and the audience on the long term  5) help the guest to understand better himself, what he really want, what will be his mission and understand better what he is doing right, wrong and what will be the next steps in the case of wanting to change  6) impact a different audience that at first would not be open minded to the transformative content of my channel, helping me to grow my channel and impact more people  7) start to be a strong act
