My name is John Laloganes, a sommelier, author and professor at a leading university in hospitality management and culinary arts. Back in 2010, I was awarded the Wine Steward/Sommelier of the year by the IACP. But I am probably best known for one of my top selling books titled, the Essentials of Wine with Food Pairing Techniques or the Beverage Manager’s Guide to Wines, Beers and Spirits.
