    Are we addicted to myths? Our tendency to seek  illusions has to do with our willingness to believe in myths and to forge  a narrative.  This narrative is a biased interpretation of the things that were relevant in our lives.  We need those milestones, which in turn become myths.  Thus, those myths are reliefs we are compelled  to seek WHAT IS DESILLUSIONISM?     During the pandemic the question what is "essential" arose. That is to say that "I need" as opposed to "I want".
