As promised, here is Joe's recipe: Vegan Pasta Alfredo Put spaghetti on to boil Finely chop onion and garlic Add onion until soft then add garlic and cook until soft Add almond milk, cashews and nutritional yeast (or parmesan if you want) Cook until cashews have softened and milk has reduced a bit Blitz sauce Drain spaghetti when ready, keep pasta water Add spaghetti to sauce with a bit of pasta water Serve Eat, yum.
