The rebound. F*****g the pain away...

It doesn't work.  In a long run your "emotional wounds" just end up forgotten, not taken care of and will most likely catch up with you later on. That's when the wound is infected. We take our physicality so serious, but hardly ever our emotional needs. Be your own best friend at least! Allow yourself to feel whatever it is that comes up.  Sex to get over someone, its an illusion. Our society has been desensitized, over sexualized and numbed out to a level that is actually dangerous. Its okay, it always is. Life knows best, you are on a journey!  DO YOU, but with compassion.

Breaking up, a harbor of deep realities!

So, have you made it, or are you still sinking? The Relation ship can end, you know. Its simply what perspective, which angle YOU chose to look at it/ yourself (!!!) from. Enter this harbor with surrender and somewhat gratitude, just a little, is a lot here! Be a butterfly ;)

    React or answer?

-what’s the difference? And how does THAT difference, make ALL the difference ;)? Life and are never going to only serve us honey cakes, but we sure have a choice how to deal with various scenarios.

    Self worth

Self worth and self love are slightly different and equally important. Why does self worth impact the quality of our communication level?  Give yourself a shot to recognize who you are and what your self worth means on a personal perspective, this may also allow you to set clearer boundaries, since your limits will also crystallize.  Its okay to have limits.  ....  l Yes, i keep saying self-value... Forgive me, please :)

    Porn

Does porn affect us, our sexuality and perhaps even our Relations ships. Its a sad reality facing today's average adult entertainment. Beware, look out and feel yourself. Just like Beyonce :P Forgot to mention a good alternative to the mainstream porn: erikalust.com ( not a sponsor, just my opinion ;) )

    Conditioning Part 2

Soooooo, from the idealistic honeymoon phase into the reality of being conditioned. Where do expectations originate from and how can i find myself through my partner: Mirroring conditioning to each other. Ultimately allowing both individuals to grow into healed , unconditioned humans, that know who they really are.  The oceans are still wild but we are finding the tools for a prefect helm (a ships steering wheel). PS.: i do apologize the traffic today!- Work in progress, this sound quality ;)

    Conditioning Part 1

The conditioning of humanity has been going on, heavily, since around 100 years.  Its been narrowing down are purpose as human beings to increase the functionality of our economic world. Simple as that. How does this effect our sense of "being"? And more important: Do we still know who we are, after being conditioned? The answer obviously depends on each individual.  Join along and shake of that marinade ;)

    Introduction

Relation Ships. In two words: we are on a journey relating (connecting) with another.  Why does it seem many of us hit a wall? There are no walls out in the ocean, the illusion comes from within ourselves
