ASMR SAKURA

I struggle to sleep and can’t take medicine for it anymore. This has been so soothing and easy to sleep to. Her voice is so soft when she speaks, and I’ll never mind a whispered ad, but the lack of a jarring volume shift ad, means I can prep several to play before I sleep without worrying about a jumpscare. When I first saw the podcast I thought it was just one episode of hair brushing asmr but when I went further into the podcast it was all hair brushing asmr this helps me get to sleep really fast and hair brushing is my favorite type of asmr
