    GADA PIVOT PT.2

Thanks so much for tuning back in, this week we have Nate Juarez back on the podcast to finish up our conversation and get to know each other a little better. Movement is such an interesting phenomena often times we take certain things for granted or we don't move with intention. Nate has honed in on his ability to teach others how to do so using many traditional tools, but what I want you to take away from this episode is the importance of attaching your movement practice to deeper sense of meaning.  I'm not going to get too woo woo on you but there is something unique about freedom of movement and the various ways you can express it.
