With a background in woven textile design, her career spans work with women-led artisan organisations in Nepal. HerMasters degree focused on researching sustainability, cotton supply chains and consumer communication, and Kay has spent nearly a decade with an environmental NGO in Hong Kong, where she has led circular fashion education, multi-stakeholder programmes, and take-back initiatives with global fashion brands.
