    Well angels do I have a treat for you! The beautiful Katie Thistleton has joined us for an episode about bodies! Katie is a television and BBC Radio 1 presenter with a passion for body positivity we met earlier this year when I was on the Radio 1 Life Hack's podcast and since then we've become soul mates! In this episode, we discuss the relationship with our bodies. This came after Katie's Psychocolgies magazine article which was released last month (check it out online) Katie and I are both so passionate about making women feel good I hope you enjoy our long chat about it all.     One Year On - Episode 6

    Hello angels please be warned that this episode talks about suicide and my previous experience with suicidal thoughts. If you at any point feel triggered by this please stop listening immediately and talk to someone who can help. It is one year in since I was in hospital fighting a bad episode of depression and suicidal thoughts. I am telling my story to show that it does get better and with the hope of helping someone else. I have worked on changing my core beliefs to become more confident and in this episode I am going to try and help you do the same. Apologies for the rant in the middle but as you can tell I am very passionate about helping you all become the best versions of yourselves. I have used the core belief that I was fat and therefore that made me unattractive but you can change that to whatever it is your struggling with to suit you.
