In this episode, we speak with Dr. Philip Pearson, colorectal surgeon, educator, and social media personality known as the “Singing Surgeon,” about the physical and emotional impact anal fistulas can have on patients and families. Dr. Pearson explains what anal fistulas are, how they develop, and why early diagnosis and treatment are so important.
