    SolidariTee

    An interview with Alexa Netty, the executive director of SolidariTee. SolidariTee is the largest entirely student-run charity supporting the international assistance of refugees and asylum seekers. Through selling t-shirts that are 100% organically manufactured and feature designs by refugees they not only offer a visual display of solidaritee but also raise awareness and money for legal aid.  We discussed the continual urgency of the refugee crisis, the impact of Covid-19 and how anyone can support in a variety of ways.     STOP Suicide - Interview with CPSL MIND

    STOP Suicide is a suicide awareness campaign from the mental health charity MIND, which covers Cambridgeshire, Peterborough and South Lincolnshire. This interview covers the importance of encouraging men to speak about their mental health, as they are more likely to take their own lives, but also places the emphasis on the role communities can play in creating an environment in which anyone can speak about their mental health.  Rishal Patel, a recent graduate, offered his views on why men may struggle to speak about their mental health and how students can support one another, based on his own experience of suicidal thoughts whilst studying at university.
