I have enjoyed being in the waiting room with these two! I enjoy the good hearted intention and complete vulnerability that Adriana and Lena bring. As a therapist myself it is refreshing to be able to listen to other therapists be real and honest about their own challenges and approaches. Looking forward to hearing more from Adriana and Lena, plus guests!

Just listened to an episode. I’m casually interested in pysch/therapy/counseling as someone who’s seen its benefits. I don’t know much about other pysch-oriented media. I liked hearing a more informal, less professionalized perspective that’s still pretty informative. Therapy is this weird thing where you feel at once that your problems are really distinct and private, and where you get help from someone who doesn’t have those issues per se or who “knows best”. Hearing the hosts talk about their personal experiences and how that also informs how they come to therapy sessions was pretty interesting. Hope there’s more of that in the future.

So excited to hear more from these two professionals! They are going to bring a great new perspective to life, love, mental health and other important topics.
