    Blessings, Lessons & Encouragement

Welcome to our NEW Rhythm & Light Podcast! We have been praying about the next step God wanted us to take to minister to women. After our recent women's retreat in our church, God laid it on our hearts to continue the dialogue and encouragement through this podcast! This is our first episode where we will unpack the blessings, lessons & encouragement that we walked away with from the retreat. We will also discuss the Rhythms of life that we learned about from Rebekah Lyons in her book Rhythms of Renewal! We can't recommend this book enough. Here is a link where you can learn more about Rebekah and her amazing book! www.rebekahlyons.com We hope and pray this episode helps define the rhythms for you and awakens you to a rhythm that maybe you need to focus on, improve on or lean further in to. May this encourage you and inspire you to Live in Rhythm to Shine Your Light! Many Blessings, Christy Bruce & Jennifer Tolin Visit our Rhythm & Light Facebook Page by clicking below: https://www.facebook.com/LightArgyleUMC
