She is also  a fashion and style blogger and commercial model. Above all, Khotso is a daughter, partner, friend and of course a mother.

She is a Bulawayo Arts Award winner and a  two time National Arts Merit Award winner, scooping the Outstanding poet award twice in a row between 2017 and 2018. At the time she was the youngest person  and only female to win the award.  She has performed at various events such as Shoko Festival, Word N Sound Festival and Intwasa Arts Festival. In the middle of the issues that she addresses in her poetry, she likes to discuss things that move her and things that are relevant to society. Other than being a poet, Tinashe is a practising Medical Laboratory Scientist.
