    I had the great privilege of chatting with Theresa Rock in this episode. Theresa who lives on the West coast of Ireland with her two children is the author and teacher of The Big Hearted Way. Theresa offers her audience, spiritual and emotional guidance through a refreshing mix, of personal stories and thought-provoking insights. In her book, Theresa shares what she has learned on her own quest to find her way; through anxiety, brain surgery and relationship breakdowns.
