On the day of the world mental health day, the PsychWard team decided to sit in a conversation with a mental health professional and educator Mr. Dipesh Upadhyay. Mr. Upadhyay has 15 years of experience in education. He works as a counselor/therapist in an organization named "Coffee with a counselor". He's also been involved with Nepal hypnosis center, baluwatar. We talk about mental issues in the context of Nepal as well as the larger world surrounding it. It's an earnest effort that could have been done better and we promise to do better in the future.
