Wear Many Hats

Awesome podcast that I discovered through a friend who was interviewed for an episode. There’s depth to the conversations that I’ve found to be rare in podcast interviews and a good flow in topics. I feel like I’ve gotten to know the interviewer and interviewee in the same way it feels like listening in on a conversation between two friends.

It really feels like the host isn’t having a genuine conversation with the guest. He’s just hitting different topic points, and not really engaging with the other person. It comes off as not really listening or trying.

One of my favorite podcasts to tap into during a commute or even when I’m in a creative mood.

Rashad has a way of bringing in alllll kinds of people, creatives, conversationalists, personalities, and talents. He makes his guests feel comfortable enough to be fully themselves and that’s what makes this podcast so special. It really plays like you’re a fly on the wall listening in on an intimate conversation between friends. Do recommend!
