The Morning Routine

Self-care means taking care of yourself so that you can be healthy, you can be well, you can do your job, you can help and care for others, and you can do all the things you need to and want to accomplish in a day. When you do live within the truths that God has given you, you will lose your true identity and will live a life of lies. More importantly, you will be unhappy. You will make yourself unhappy :(. Dr. Mary J & PTSD

1% of the American population will serve in the Armed Forces. Of those personnel, many of them are now trying to manage their PTSD. Every 22 seconds a service member commits suicide! Count 22 Mississippi's equates to a service member committing suicide due to depression, anxiety, Traumatic Brain Injuries (TBI), Post-traumatic Stress Disorders (PTSD), or another condition. Religious or Spirituality

Is simply being a spiritual person (better, worse, same) than being a religious person? Growing up in a very religious family allowed me to find my spirituality.
